RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

WHAT IS IT ABOUT
The consumer has the right, within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal. The consumer must also return the goods to CO SRL, VIA CASSANO, 45 - 80020 CASAVATORE (NA), the intact products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the same together with the delivery note. Shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal or from the date of receipt of the returned products, the shop in question will refund the consumer the sums already paid, excluding ancillary costs (packaging, labor, transport). In the event that the Contract has as its object the provision of Services, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised with regard to the services already performed.
