The technical information included in the website www.nanniferrero.com is obtained from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. Nanni Ferrero, therefore, reserves the right to modify / adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, based on what will be communicated by the manufacturers, even without any prior notice.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Since both access and the possibility of placing an order online modify the availability of products in real time, Nanni Ferrero does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods.

RISK AND PROPERTY

The ordered products are shipped prepaid and insured with charge on the invoice; on the indication of the customer, in the event of a request for carriage forward the risk is to be considered borne by the same from the moment of collection of the goods from the carrier and up to destination. At the time of delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the transport document (DDT). In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by fax or registered letter with return receipt, to Nanni Ferrero to the sales representative. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered letter with return receipt. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

ORDERS

Orders are accepted only and exclusively in writing, or by fax, or via the Internet (on-line). The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order has been placed, or by e-mail (e-mail), indicating the relative order number.

WARRANTY

Products that are defective within the indicated period will be replaced with transport costs borne by Nanni Ferrero. Direct or indirect damage resulting from misuse of the product is not guaranteed. The purchase order by the customer confirms the general conditions of sale of Nanni Ferrero expressly renouncing the right of recourse pursuant to art. 1519 quinquies of the Italian Civil Code against Nanni Ferrero.

RETURNS:

Any returns must be approved by Nanni Ferrero who will authorize them with an RMA number to be indicated in the transport document. The material must be returned in its original packaging, intact and in any case free from alterations by the customer. The material must be sent exclusively in Free Port and is returned at the customer's expense.
Complaints will not be accepted after 10 days from the date of the transport document. See the Right of Withdrawal page for more information.
In case of returns after 10 days, the amount of the order (excluding shipping costs) will be reduced by 5%.

PAYMENTS:

The products ordered online must be paid for by bank transfer in advance, credit card, Paypal unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Nanni Ferrero.
