The return authorization, for any reason, must be requested within 14 days of delivery, exclusively by e-mail to the address of the website where it is possible to request the total and / or partial return of each individual order.

Once the request has been completed, Nanni Ferrero will check and authorize the collection of the goods. Only returns will be accepted that have obtained the return authorization and the progressive number of RMA (return material authorization).

Once the return communication has been received, Nanni Ferrero will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions for returning the products.

The consumer must return the goods to:



The goods must be intact and in its original packaging.

The customer is required to:

1. Print the RMA form sent by Nanni Ferrero and insert it in the package
2. Put your name, RMA code, "e-commerce return" on the package

The return can be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

The refund of the amount will take place within 30 days of receipt of the product if all the parameters have been respected by the customer.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

1. The right of withdrawal applies to products purchased in their entirety;
2. Upon arrival at the Nanni Ferrero headquarters, the product will be examined to assess any damage, tampering or wear of the same, if the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, the customer will lose the right of withdrawal.


The procedure for replacing a product can be activated as a result of the occurrence of one of the following hypotheses:

1. The size and / or color does not meet the customer's requirements
2. If the product received does not comply with the parameters described on the site

In each of the cases listed above, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer and the shipment must be made by express courier.

The cost of the exchange service is € 12.00.

The customer who decides to request the replacement of the product must contact Nanni Ferrero by email at the following address and wait for the exchange authorization.

It will be necessary to have the following data available:
1. Order number
2. Customer email address

To request product replacement, the customer must comply with the following instructions:

1. The product must not have been washed or damaged and must still have the packaging intact.
2. The product can only be replaced with the same item and in a different color.

Nanni Ferrero reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting the exchange or not.

In the event that Nanni Ferrero does not have the availability of the product to be replaced, it will refund within 10 days of receiving it, with the same payment method used for the purchase.

If all the exchange conditions are not respected, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, charging him the return costs.
