Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by Nanni Ferrero, or his delegate. In this case, and only when the shipping cost is charged, the goods travel at our risk.
In case of theft or loss Nanni Ferrero. undertakes to send a new product and, should it be unavailable or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer not to accept this new product and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product same.
The delivery time, purely indicative, is 48/72 working hours from the date of the order for goods available in stock, within 8 working days for goods not immediately available at our central warehouse and to be ordered directly from the parent company.
For products not available at the manufacturer, the delivery time may significantly increase and will be communicated to the customer by email or telephone contact.
The same may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities.
Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours: from 9.00 to 18.00 from Monday; on Fridays every day except holidays.
Upon receipt of the package, in case the packaging is not in perfect condition, it is advisable to accept the package "I accept with reserve". In the event that some products are damaged, a photo representing the damaged product must be sent together with the return request. If this option has not been chosen, the return will not be taken into consideration.
Further information and Rates:
Nanni Ferrero. will arrange for the shipment of the material within 24/48 hours from receipt of the order (unless otherwise agreed between the parties).
For goods not available in stock, Nanni Ferrero. reserves the right to cancel the "back order" if the material is not available within 2 weeks from the order date.
